We follow a unique process that blends waterfall phases with agile delivery.

Understanding

Before we can work with you, we need to get to know you. Intimately. So we meet. We talk. We ask you questions about your goals, your audience, your competitors, and the problem you’re trying to solve. And then we suggest a solution that works. Don't expect any visuals at this point (although we do have plenty of case studies that might sway you).

Kick off

Once you give us the job (thank you!), it’s time to meet the full team and get everyone on the same page before the project gets underway. We'll discuss the project plan, confirm responsibilities, the schedule and approval process. All help guarantee the smooth delivery of the project.

Workshop

We run strategy and planning workshops for key stakeholders and audience members to attend. We’ll dive deeply into your brand, objectives, audience, competitors, and KPIs. We’ll then get together to form your digital strategy, content plan and information architecture.

Content creation

Nothing can exist without content and copy and imagery is just as important as design or the user experience. Often a huge and underestimated task, we always advise using copywriters, photographers, and content editors. We’ll oversee the whole process to make your life easier. Good content takes time but the results are worth it.

Agile meets Waterfall

We follow a phased agile approach specifically tailored to digital projects. Together we’ll split your project into key phases and tackle them in sprints, meeting weekly. This way of working promotes constant communication and collaboration but with key milestones and deliverables. Our tools of choice are Basecamp and Jira – we’ll get you up to speed with both

Production

We carry out all strategy, design and development in-house. Nothing is outsourced and you'll be an essential part of the ongoing production conversation. We'll share design ideas early and give you access to prototypes. Quick and honest feedback is vital throughout the entire project.

Launch

Launch can be a big bang or in thoughtful phases. It all depends on your project and our recommendation. Releasing and refactoring frequently is a core part of digital (we strongly advise it if you're a startup), but we’re here to support you through each and every stage.

Post-launch support

All of our products come with a warranty, meaning we'll fix any bugs and sort any issues free of charge. On top of this, we offer ongoing support and flexible maintenance agreements for further development. Your business is constantly evolving and so should your digital strategy.
