Hello there,

I'm Gordon and I co-founded Primate in 2011 along with Bart and another chap, Espen. It's been a long road, not always easy or pleasant, but we've proud of what we've achieved. We like to think that we've managed to create an environment that lets us enjoy what we do whilst producing exciting, innovative work. There aren't many companies that can say that.

My day-to-day role sees me focusing on strategy, and I love been able to help client's realise their digital - and wider business - goals. Digital is often underestimated and requires a lot of planning and patience to get right. The complexities can be surprising as can the scope of nuance that need to be considered. Navigating these factors to deliver an effective product is what makes my job so enjoyable.

Aside from strategy, I can also often be found helping clients with day-to-day requests and updates. We're a small team so everyone needs to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. We think that the direct contact between ourselves and our clients is one of the things that makes us unique.

Outside of work I spend my time escaping to fantastical worlds by writing novels and painting miniatures.
