Hi, I’m Rebecca,

As Managing Director, you'll see a lot of me. In fact, chances are you'll meet me before we even start working together. Pitching, networking, podcasting, and giving talks about the digital landscape, running an agency, and overcoming chaotic challenges, are just some of the things you'll frequently find me doing. Yeah, I'm pretty busy.

Aside from that, I'm also responsible for driving the business forward. Sometimes that's with a carrot, sometimes with a stick. Sometimes it can mean holding our team to account, sometimes it can mean being a point of escalation on a project, and sometimes it can mean pushing back on a client or third-party. Whatever needs done to ensure a project succeeds, call me in and I'll do it. I don't mind. I've been dropped into so many situations that I'm basically an honorary paratrooper now.

The thing I love best about Primate? Our can-do attitude - I get a real kick from seeing what our team is capable of. The crazy new tech and design ideas that they throw into the mix, for both clients and our own work, gets me excited. I just get a bigger buzz from watching our agency grow; in experience, in people, in results.

My specialism is relationship building - aka talking. I have a background in Journalism so I also write, I just prefer talking. I make no apologies for being a prolific over-sharer and by far the noisiest in the office.
