Space Solutions are the experts in workplace design. They’ve been evolving their approach, monitoring workplace trends, since their inception in 1997. In a post-covid world, the spaces we work in have never needed to be more inviting, engaging and stimulating.
Objectives
Space, with their 25 years of experience, offer a wide and varied number of services from Consultancy and Optimisation, to Architecture, through Design to Fit-Out and Facilities Management. The new website had to demonstrate their wealth of knowledge, retain and elevate their brand positioning, and convert traffic into concrete enquiries.
The objectives of the project were to:
- Increase online enquiries
- Increase conversion rate via the site, and submissions to their CRM
- Improve the visual impact of case studies
- Retain but evolve the brand to bring the website in line with their other comms
- Secure the website on a contemporary new CMS, fit for purpose
Strategy
Human-centred design principles led the Space design, as it does for any Primate website project. Focusing on the audience, and blending them with the needs of the business, was a sure way to deliver success.

Audience Discovery work upfront highlighted that enticing, interesting case studies were a key decision making factor when businesses were selecting a new interior design and workspace planning team. As a result, projects and the project section became a collection of rich and engaging image-led pages, with key facts pulled out to demonstrate their skill set, scale and ability.
The Primate team were a joy to work with, taking the time to really understand our organisation, engage with our team and get to grips with the needs of our clients. From early planning through to launch, they went out of their way to find solutions that would work for our business and successfully delivered a suite of websites that look great, represent our brands and are user friendly.
