Taylor Hopkinson find and deliver the best people for renewable energy companies, but with the sector expecting to create over 43 million jobs by 2050, this growing business was planning to be busy. The need was clear; completely overhaul the site, appraising their digital strategy and giving the look and feel a fresh, modern update whilst driving and over achieving on results.

Harnessing human-centred design principles and climate conscious development, we crafted a new site that streamlined every user flow, crafting a high performing user experience that also achieves a carbon rating of A. Job search was naturally the primary function, so we created a sophisticated job search and filtering system that allows candidates to quickly and easily find potential opportunities. Meanwhile, a component-led development approach has given the Taylor Hopkinson marketing team incredible flexibility and hugely reduced their annual maintenance costs.
