Hi, I’m Gill,

I used to be Primate's Office Manager, but now I've taken on the position of our in-house Account Manager. Being able to transition into a new, more challenging role has been one of the highlights of my many years of working here. I smile coming into work, and not everyone can say that.

As Account Manager, you'll hear a lot from me as I spend my time answering questions, servicing requests, or helping to solve any other issue you might have. Everything from a mundane query to a more complex requirement - I'm here to help!

At Primate our philosophy is that Account Management shouldn’t get in the way of our team working with our clients, but rather that it should support the project with bigger, longterm, more commercial thinking. Lots of people view Account Management as a barrier in businesses, but to us it's all about facilitating the right support at the right time and ensuring everything flows and runs smoothly.

When not working, I love nothing more than spending time with my family (and the occasional Tina Turner impression).
